Paulo Dybala and Chris Smalling won’t be available for Roma against Inter, but Leonardo Spinazzola is also not fully fit so Nicola Zalewski will start at San Siro on Sunday.

Il Messaggero and Sky Sport Italia claim Spinazzola won’t feature in the Giallorossi starting XI in a Serie A clash against Inter on Sunday.

It remains to be seen if the Italy international will be available at all against the Nerazzurri. Surely, Zalewski will replace him as a left wing-back at the Stadio Meazza.

There’s more bad news for Roma fans and Mourinho as Dybala and Smalling have not recovered for Sunday’s big game in Serie A, so they are not even going to make the bench at San Siro.

Renato Sanches and Lorenzo Pellegrini are also unavailable as they’ve been recovering from muscle injuries over the last few weeks.

Mourinho is suspended for the next Serie A match, having been sent off during Roma’s 1-0 win over Monza this past weekend.
