Stefano Pioli makes his 200th appearance on the Milan bench in a crunch Champions League trip to PSG and reveals an ‘affectionate greeting’ with Gianluigi Donnarumma.

It kicks off at the Parc des Princes at 20.00 UK time (19.00 GMT).

You can follow all the build-up and action as it happens from this game and Feyenoord-Lazio on the LIVEBLOG.

This is Pioli’s 200th competitive match on the Milan bench, becoming only the sixth coach to achieve this target.

“It is an important evening, a difficult game that we must play with our qualities and our ideas,” the coach told Amazon Prime Video Italia.

This group is not going the way anyone expected, as PSG lost 4-1 to Newcastle United and are in second place, while Milan are yet to score after two 0-0 stalemates.

“The motivation is at the maximum for both teams, as all four sides in this group know that every result could be crucial. There is pressure, but we have to deal with it and play a high-level performance.”

This is the first time that Donnarumma has faced Milan since leaving the club as a free agent for Paris Saint-Germain.

Pioli confessed they had crossed paths at Parc des Princes earlier today.

“We already had an affectionate greeting, then we’ll see each other again later.”
