Charles De Ketelaere has now completed his medical with Atalanta ahead of his move from Milan and according to recent reports, the Belgian has now signed his contract with La Dea as well.

The 22-year-old was spotted arriving for his medical with Atalanta at La Madonnina facility in Milan on Wednesday morning, smiling and given a big thumbs up to the cameras as he made his way out of his car.

Now, according to Gianluca Di Marzio, the medical is complete and the contracts have been signed, meaning that De Ketelaere is to all extents and purposes an Atalanta player, pending an official announcement.

De Ketelaere joined Milan from Club Brugge last summer for a total fee of €35m, but had a tough start to life at San Siro, eventually going the whole season without a goal for club or country.

It is understood that he will now join Atalanta on an initial loan deal, with an option to buy for a fee of €22m plus bonuses.
