Ante Rebic will fly in on Sunday for his Besiktas medical, while talks continue with Junior Messias too and Milan push Devis Vasquez towards Sheffield Wednesday.

The Rossoneri have been extremely active on the transfer market this summer with seven new arrivals and Yunus Musah set to become the eighth from Valencia for €20m including bonuses.

They need to whittle down the squad too and there are several unwanted figures in the group that will not get playing time under Stefano Pioli this season.

Fanatik and TRT Sport confirm reports that Rebic will fly into Istanbul on Sunday afternoon to undergo his medical and sign the two-year contract.

The deal is only worth €0.5m for Milan, plus another €1.5m in performance-related bonuses, but above all gets his wages off the books.

They also hope Messias will follow Rebic to Besiktas, although the Brazilian is still unconvinced, especially amid interest from Torino.

Sky Sport Italia claim that the Rossoneri are in talks to loan goalkeeper Vasquez to Sheffield Wednesday.
