Fenerbahce continue to do their summer shopping in Italy, trying to convince Nico Dominguez to leave Bologna, while in talks for Roma’s Zeki Celik and Torino right-back Mergim Vojvoda.

The Turkish side has already poached from Serie A by bringing in Edin Dzeko as a free agent from Inter and the latest transfer rumours have them again in negotiations with Italian teams.

Sportitalia maintain an initial proposal for Dominguez was rejected at €9m plus €4m in bonuses, but that Fenerbahce will raise that closer to the €15m asking price and be prepared to double the midfielder’s current salary.

The 25-year-old Argentine is on the market, as his contract with Bologna is set to expire in June 2024.

They are also known to be in talks with Roma for full-back Celik, who would relish a return to Turkey, in a deal that would be on loan with an option to buy at the end of the season.

If that move failed to materialise, then another alternative at right-back suggested by Foot 365 is Vojvoda of Torino.
