Italian sports papers maintain Chelsea winger Christian Pulisic is ready to cut his salary to join Milan, but there is still no agreement between the Blues and the Rossoneri.

The Serie A giants are set to complete the signing of Chelsea midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek but also plan to bring in Pulisic from Stamford Bridge.

According to Tuesday’s printed editions of Gazzetta (page 2) and Il Corriere dello Sport (page 11), the USMNT international is ready to cut his wages to move to the Stadio Meazza where he’d play as a right winger or as an attacking midfielder.

Pulisic wants regular playing time next season and knows Milan can offer that.

However, there is still no agreement between the two clubs. According to Il Corriere dello Sport, Milan want to lower Chelsea’s €20-25m asking price, especially considering that Pulisic’s contract expires in 2024.

If the Rossoneri get the ex-Borussia Dortmund winger, they’ll likely drop Villarreal’s Samuel Chukwueze who has a €40m price tag.
