Fiorentina need a victory in Basel to reach the Europa Conference League Final, so look to Arthur Cabral and Nico Gonzalez.
It kicks off at St. Jakob-Park at 20.00 UK time (19.00 GMT).
The Viola had taken the lead in the first leg through Cabral, scoring against his former club, until a late collapse saw Basel emerge 2-1 winners.
There is no away goals rule, so any Fiorentina victory by a one-goal margin will force extra time and they need to win here by at least two clear goals.
Vincenzo Italiano’s men had become among the favourites to lift the trophy after nine consecutive Conference League victories, but have now lost two on the bounce to Lech Poznan and Basel.
Nikola Milenkovic is available after suspension, while Giacomo Bonaventura supports Gonzalez, Cabral and Josip Brekalo.
Basel rotated their squad at the weekend and paid for that with a 6-1 defeat to San Gallo, but it means they do have fresh legs for this match.
That includes ex-Roma wing-back Riccardo Calafiori.
Zeki Amdouni is one to watch, as he scored the opening goal in each of Basel’s last three Conference League home games.
