Ciro Immobile limped off during the first half of Lazio’s Europa League game against Lokomotiv Moscow, but it did not seem to be a serious injury.
The centre-forward immediately signalled towards the medical staff on the touchline after Patric put the Biancocelesti 2-0 up.
Immobile did not appear to be limping, but sat on the bench with an ice-pack strapped to his right knee.
According to Sky Sport Italia, Immobile felt a twinge and decided to stop as a precaution.
It remains to be seen if he can play this weekend in Serie A against Bologna.
Immobile is also in the Italy squad for the Nations League, where they will face Spain and either France or Belgium.
