Atalanta coach Gian Piero Gasperini was happy with ‘an excellent point’ against a resolute Milan at San Siro.
Two on-form teams met in Milan tonight and Atalanta had the chance to cut the gap to three points ahead of Juventus’ next game against Sampdoria on Sunday.
A penalty miss from Ruslan Malinovskyi and a stubborn Milan side stood in the way of claiming all the spoils on Friday night, but Gasperini was happy with the performance in the 1-1 draw.
