Genoa Coach Davide Ballardini won’t discuss his future – “I will speak at the end of the season”.

The 54-year-old replaced Ivan Juric earlier this season, and has almost certainly led the Grifone to Serie A safety, nine points above the relegation zone with six to play.

“If I’m at Genoa it’s thanks to President [Enrico] Preziosi,” Ballardini said in his Press conference ahead of the Roma game.

Genoa face a tough midweek game, as they travel to the Stadio Olimpico to face Roma.

“I want to see a harmonious team in both phases of the game, we can’t afford to be carefree or we’ll conceded four goals.

“Roma deserve all the good things they’re doing in Europe and in the league. In any case we’ll have to rotate due to suspensions and injuries.”
