Napoli midfielder Jorginho still believes the Scudetto race is alive despite his side's goalless draw at Milan.

Title rivals Juventus will have the opportunity to move five points clear of the Partenopei if they can beat Sampdoria later on today, after which both teams will have just six matches left to play this season.

"We faced a very good team in front of us. Unfortunately, we didn't take advantage of the chances we had," Jorginho reflected post-match.

"We are giving our all, but in these last few games we have found it difficult to score goals despite the chances we have created."

The Italy international was asked if his side had any regrets.

"It's difficult to find responses to that now, we could improve in the defensive phase. Or maybe we could play with with more speed.

"If we don't believe [in winning the Scudetto], it's better that we don't play. We will try to win, as we are doing."
