“I am an ambitious player, so I want to play in the Champions League and win it,” Bacca told Win Sports in Colombia.

“Milan are not in Europe, other clubs are. My short term goals are to win titles, be important in the league and if the club is in line with what I want to achieve, then I’ll continue with the club.”

Atletico Madrid and Arsenal are thought to be contenders for the 29-year-old’s signature.

“There are clubs interested in me, it is true. I have a contract with Milan and will certainly find the solution that suits me, my family and Milan.

“My first choice is Milan, my priority is Milan, but I do have to evaluate all the options. I have had two offers from China for quite a while, but my mind is on Europe.”
