The French newspaper L'Equipe, however, claims the player has different plans.

Having rejected the offers of Juventus and West Ham, as well as a more recent one by Crystal Palace, Batshuayi has agreed to a five-year deal with Chelsea, where he will be coached by Antonio Conte.

The price of his transfer will come to €40m, not including any potential bonuses.
