Speculation has grown recently that there is tension between the parties over the club’s now apparent reluctance to sign any contract extension with the tactician until at least December.
However, according to the club’s sporting director, there is no issue between Coach and club.

However, according to the club’s sporting director, there is no issue between Coach and club.
“There is no problem. We talk daily by phone and we met in person on Tuesday,” Ausilio has explained to the Gazzetta dello Sport.
“We talk also about the market, new staff, he has a great desire to start over, he is rested but fully charged.
“I have already had a meeting with the agent representing him, we are beginning to discuss the ideas and structure of the contract.”
