Calciomercato reports that a deal has been agreed whereby fines paid by clubs over the season would be handed to the official administrator of Parma, should they go into receivership on March 19.
That money, calculated at €5m, would be provided to keep the sporting entity represented by Parma going until the end of the season, meaning that no club will be awarded a 3-0 walkover.
However, it remains to be seen whether the Ducali players will accept the deal, as they wish to secure the long-term future of their club, as well as wages for non-playing staff.
A condition of the deal is that those players take to the field for the two matches between now and the court date, and Carlo Tavecchio will now travel to Collecchio to explain the plan.
