Empoli President Fabrizio Corsi hints at disagreement over whether to bail out Parma – ‘I think it will go to a vote’.

The 20 Serie A clubs are meeting today, and are discussing Carlo Tavecchio’s plans to ensure Parma make it to the end of the season.

However, with Cesena already declaring that they will not be part of any plan to provide financial aid to the Ducali, it appears a vote will be needed.

“Tavecchio’s rescue plan? I think it will go to a vote.” Corsi told reporters as he left the Lega Serie A meeting.

Meanwhile, tax authorities have visited the headquarters of the FIGC and Lega Serie A, having been at Parma’s training ground this morning.

ANSA reports that no documents were taken from either of the governing bodies, and the specific reason for their presence remains unclear.
