Parma deny talks to sell the club to Proto Organization Enterprises, as administrator Fiorenzo Alborghetti assured the new owners “have money.”
The club is in chaos, as Tommaso Ghirardi sold to Rezart Taci’s Albanian-Russian-Cypriot group in December, only for them to sell again this week to unknown investors.
There were reports the new owners were Proto Organization Enterprises, but this evening Parma released a statement formally denying that was the case.

A Board of Directors meeting is planned for tomorrow, which is when fans ought to learn who exactly is in charge now.
The squad and staff have not been paid since July 2014 and the deadline to find the missing €15m is February 16.
Meanwhile, administrator Fiorenzo Alberghetti told the Corriere della Sera that he has been “ordered not to reveal the names of the future owners of Parma, but I will do so at the opportune moment.
“These people do have money, that seems clear. Can we save the club? I’ll try.”
The papers are adamant the new owner is Giampietro Manenti, the 45-year-old CEO of Mapi Group, who are based in Slovenia and work with Russian giants Gazprom.
However, there are concerns because Manenti had tried to buy troubled Serie B club Brescia and then pulled out of negotiations.
