Roma are considering loaning out or exchanging Mattia Destro now, with Milan, Fiorentina and Torino as the viable options.
The 23-year-old has been increasingly linked with a departure from the Giallorossi, as he continues to struggle for regular gametime.
Milan have reportedly readied an initial loan bid for the player, and his presence only on the bench against Udinese yesterday has again been followed by further speculation.

Milan have reportedly readied an initial loan bid for the player, and his presence only on the bench against Udinese yesterday has again been followed by further speculation.
According to the Gazzetta dello Sport, Roma's demand of €20m makes it hard to sell the player now, so a variety of options are being considered which include potential loan deals or exchanges this January.
The Gazzetta suggests that the possible destinations include Milan, who might offer Giampaolo Pazzini in exchange, Fiorentina, who may swap Destro for Mario Gomez, and Torino, whose leverage rests on Bruno Peres.
Meanwhile, Destro is believed to be reluctant to permanently leave the capital during this month, due to personal reasons.
