Juventus have made official the news that they have signed Angelo Ogbonna from Torino for an initial fee of €13m.

The defender was confirmed at the club on Thursday as undergoing and subsequently passing a medical and on from this, is now reported by Juve as having completed all formalities on his transfer.

The 25-year-old has been purchased outright by the Bianconeri for an initial €13m fee, payable in instalments across the next three years.

Juve have confirmed in their statement on the deal that a further €2m could be due to their city rivals Torino, through on achievement-based clauses.

Ogbonna, who can play at centre-back or full-back, has signed a five year contract with Juve.
