Romulo claims Lazio’s decision not to sign him permanently is ‘difficult to understand’ as he prepares to return to Genoa.
Romulo joined Lazio in January, on loan with an option to buy, and made 13 appearances, winning the Coppa Italia.
However, the 32-year-old confirmed on Tuesday that he would not be retained by the Aquile.
“Decisions are made and must be respected, even if they’re difficult to understand!” he wrote on Instagram.
