The League has confirmed that Roma's Fernando Gago, Bojan Krkic and Juan are among 12 players banned for one game after Week 14 indiscipline.
The three Giallorossi men were dismissed during their side’s 3-0 defeat away to Fiorentina on Sunday afternoon. Juan pulled back Stevan Jovetic to deny a clear goalscoring opportunity, Gago was dismissed for two yellow cards whilst Bojan received his marching orders for handling on the goal-line. All three will now miss Week 15’s Monday-night clash with Juventus.
For red cards or for accumulating yellow cards, Cesena’s Francesco Antonioli, Udinese’s duo of Giampiero Pinzi and Damiano Ferronetti, Genoa’s Kakha Kaladze, Inter’s Javier Zanetti, Atalanta’s Stefano Lucchini, Palermo’s Giulio Migliaccio, Bologna’s Nico Pulzetti and Lecce’s Rodney Strasser are all also now banned for one match.
Meanwhile, Milan’s Massimo Ambrosini, Udinese’s Pablo Armero, Genoa Emiliano Moretti, Inter’s Thiago Motta, Cesena’s Marco Rossi and Siena’s duo Roberto Vitiello and D’Agostino have all been warned that they are one booking away from suspension.
Sacked at the weekend by Lecce, Eusebio Di Francecso has also received a single game touchline ban for his dismissal against Napoli.
