It’s reported that Napoli and Maurizio Sarri will decide on the Coach’s contract after the Scudetto showdown with Juventus.
Talks have stalled on a new contract for the tactician, who has an €8m release clause in his contract which is valid until May 31.
According to this morning’s Gazzetta dello Sport, Sarri and President Aurelio De Laurentiis will meet immediately after the Juventus game on April 22 to decide what they want to do.

With Napoli four points behind the Old Lady as things stand, that match could be decisive in the Scudetto race and could have a crucial bearing on Sarri’s future.
There’s also an issue over salary, as the newspaper believes that the Coach is asking for €4m per season while De Laurentiis is sticking to his first offer of €3.5m.
However, if both parties want to continue together that gap could be bridged.
Gazzetta reports that there is also interest from Chelsea, who have been monitoring Sarri since January, but there will be no decision before Juventus.
