Just days after he was lambasted by fans and critics for his performance in the Europa League defeat to Roma, there was no rest for the Portugal international at the Mapei Stadium.
He responded to the jeers by scoring a spectacular solo effort with his team already 2-0 down in Reggio Emilia.
Leao cut inside from the left, squeezed between Ruan Tressoldi and Daniel Boloca, then already had a smile on his face when the ball was being steered into the far bottom corner with his right foot.
