Parma captain Alessandro Lucarelli says he's 'not satisfied' after today's meetings and demands more solid 'guarantees'.

The Crociati have agreed to play the scheduled game against Atalanta this Sunday in spite of the club's critical financial situation, but it seems the protest is bound to continue.

“We decided to play, but we're not satisfied with what [FIGC President Carlo] Tavecchio told us, even if he promised support,” Lucarelli has said after the summits that established a €5m fund for Parma.

“It's a shame that [Lega Serie A President Maurizio] Beretta isn't here, we expected his presence. But we'll play anyway.

“We want guarantees reliable at 100 per cent for the club's employees. We've been told they'll be given, but we want the facts.

“We also want the rules that allowed for all this mess to be changed.

“There's a plan to forward €5m, but there are other points that we expect to be discussed.

“We want guarantees for the club's employees. And we [the players] want our due as well, even though this isn't the main problem.

“We also want guarantees for the future, of course. We'll decide what to do in the next few days, one Sunday at a time.”
