Valencia could reportedly sell Simone Zaza this summer for just €5m, despite paying €16m for the Italy striker less than a year ago.

According to Gol Digital, Geoffrey Kondogbia has agreed a contract with Valencia, which would see him earn less than he did at Inter.

However, Los Che must pay the Nerazzurri €25m to keep the midfielder permanently – and the broadcaster warns they currently cannot afford him.

Nonetheless, a solution put forward is Zaza being sold for a cut-price €5m, given their desperation to raise funds.

The former Juventus striker has scored 11 goals this season but lost his place in Valencia’s starting XI at the turn of the year.

Gol Digital adds the 26-year-old could be replaced by Atletico Madrid striker and former Milan man Fernando Torres, who will be a free agent in July.
