Palermo President Maurizio Zamparini is “worried” by Coach Beppe Iachini, and expects him to “change the mentality”.
The Rosanero are just two points above the relegation zone, with the patron confirming that defeat to Chievo would see a change on the bench.
“If we go on like this we’ll end up in Serie B,” Zamparini fumed in an interview with Giornale di Sicilia.
“But we won’t be demoted, because Iachini will change the mentality or go home. We’ll see what happens on Sunday.

“I don’t doubt any of the players, or the quality of the squad, right now I’m worried about Iachini. Maybe he won’t agree, but for me it’s not the same as last year.
“There’s great confusion, he’s not as determined as he should be.”
Zamparini was then asked who could replace the Coach if he decides to pull the trigger.
“It’s not a current issue, I’m not going to name names. We’re waiting for a response on the pitch.”
