The attacking midfielder has been one of the Rosanero’s star men for the past two seasons, and it has already been confirmed that he’ll leave Sicily this summer.
It has been reported that English Premier League side Tottenham are interested, and the Palermo patron confirmed that today.
“I’m asking €25m, I don’t think [Domenico] Berardi is worth more than Vazquez,” Zamparini explained in a Press conference.
“At the moment I’ve received some offers, it’s easier for him to go to England but right now the offers don’t come close to that figure.
"He's undervalued, and I don't know why. He'd do well at Leicester, plus Roma and Milan were interested, but if I see Berardi going for €25m then that's what it takes for Vazquez.
"We're in contact with Tottenham, I've asked for €25m, so we'll see."
Milan have also been linked with the Italian international, but would be unlikely to pay the fee which Palermo are asking for.
