The agent of Pajtim Kasami was left fuming after the player’s proposed loan move from Fulham to Pescara collapsed.
The deal was done, but it couldn’t be completed because of an internet connection issue at the hotel in Milan which is used by Italian clubs to negotiate and finalise moves.

“I’m angry,” stated Mino Raiola. “Angry that transfers in Italy have to be done in a place like this. It’s like Italian stadiums, it’s embarrassing…
“You can’t do transfers in a hotel like this. This place needs to be knocked down and rebuilt. If people don’t wake up in Italy then nobody will come anymore.
“A transfer can’t collapse because the lifts are broken or because the internet is down.
“Regulations state that transfer documents must be completed online. As a result, the documents for the transfer of Kasami to Pescara were not filed in time.”
