The Pozzo family has run Udinese for 20 years and bought out English Championship club Watford this summer.
They have already done a series of transfers so far this season, as Almen Abdi, Matej Vidra and Steve Beleck all moved to Watford on loan.
Very late on Friday the other transfers were completed, also on loan with option to buy at the end of the season.
The new arrivals are defenders Neuton, Joel Ekstrand and Jean-Alain Fanchone, midfielder Cristian Battocchio (pictured) and striker Fernando Forestieri.
They are all aged between 22 and 23.
