Maurizio Sarri ran under the Curva Nord after Lazio’s 3-2 win over Roma in the Derby della Capitale and was given the iconic club’s eagle which he held in front of the cheering Biancocelesti fans.
The Biancocelesti secured a win over their city rivals in the first Derby della Capitale for both Sarri and José Mourinho.
The Special One wanted to congratulate his counterpart after the final whistle, but Sarri ran under the Curva after being hugged by his staff members.

And under the Curva Nord, Sarri was handed the famous eagle, the club’s mascot, which he raised to the fans with a big smile on his face.
Lazio have moved sixth in the Serie A table with 11 points from six games. They face Bologna in their next Serie A game before the October break.
