Mirko Vucinic has admitted that Juventus boss Antonio Conte can make a difference from the touchline.

The tactician recently returned to match-day duties after being banned for a match-fixing misdemeanour while he was in charge at Siena.

“He transmits his anger and strength,” the forward noted as Conte took charge of his first home League game of the campaign. “When he’s on the bench, you can feel his presence.”

Juventus were crowned Winter Champions on Sunday thanks to a 3-0 home win over Atalanta in which the Montenegro international got his first home goal since the start of 2012.

“We started strongly and that was the most important thing to do,” the 29-year-old commented. “We scored immediately, the second arrived shortly afterwards and we handled the game well from there on in.

“The whole team played well. Everything came off to perfection, both in defence and attack. And when you break the deadlock straightaway things become much simpler.”
