Leonardo Spinazzola continues his recovery program and shows some bizarre rehab exercises he is doing.
In July, the 28-year-old sustained an Achilles tendon injury during Italy’s UEFA Euro 2020 quarter-final clash against Belgium.
Spinazzola is continuing his recovery program at Trigoria and has shown how he is trying to regain fitness and return to action as soon as possible.
The Roma defender published some videos of his exercises on his Instagram stories. One shows the 28-year-old picking tiny wooden sticks with his injured left foot, crossing a yellow line on the floor while holding it.
A second video published by the Azzurri defender showed him trying to draw a circle on a paper with his injured foot.
Back in July, Spinazzola revealed he hopes to return to action in November. Meantime Roma have signed Palmeiras defender Matías Viña as a backup for the EURO 2020 winner.
Spina, come back soon and stronger🍀👊
