The Italy international moved to the French capital in 2012 but has been continually linked with either a move to Real Madrid, or a return to the peninsula, with Juventus seen as interested.
However, the player has been pictured signing a new deal that he has then confirmed through Twitter as running for the next five years.
“I am happy to report that I have renewed my contract until 2019 with PSG,” the 21-year-old has posted on the social media website.
PSG later also confirmed the news in a statement released.
