Marco Verratti has outlined that his intention is to be at Paris Saint-Germain come next season, amid continued links with Juventus.
The midfielder has been paired on and off with a return to the peninsula ever since leaving Pescara in summer 2012 for PSG, with the latest reports suggesting a possible swap deal with Juventus for Paul Pogba.
However, the 21-year-old himself has looked to follow on from his agent’s continued assertion that he is not looking to leave the French capital.
“Next season I will still be in Paris,” Verratti has told L’Equipe this week.
“In France I am very happy. It does not depend only on me, but my intention is to stay.”
