Marco Verratti is convinced he made the right decision joining Paris Saint-Germain ahead of Juventus in the summer.
The 19-year-old was heavily linked with a move to the Bianconeri throughout the transfer window, but instead joined up with Carlo Ancelotti's side.
Tipped to struggle in a squad filled with expensive talent, the former Pescara regista has been a surprise success in the French capital, making five starts already between Ligue 1 and the Champions League.
“I chose to go to PSG, and I am very happy,” Verratti told Sky Sport Italia. “I am happy with the choice, it is already bearing fruit.
“I do not think about what could have been. I am in Paris and I am happy to give my best to this club.”
Verratti concluded by thanking former Juve man Zlatan Ibrahimovic for helping him settle into life at the Parc des Princes.
“I am happy with Zlatan's compliments. He helps me every day, giving lots of advice.”
