Vidal is considered Inter’s top target this month and his claim for unpaid bonuses is seen as a ploy for him to be reunited with former Juventus boss Antonio Conte.
There has also been interest from Manchester United in the midfielder, but Valverde made it clear he was still in his plans for Barca.
“I’ve talked to Arturo Vidal like I have the others,” he said at a press conference for tomorrow’s Supercopa clash with Atletico Madrid.
“He’s here. For now I’m counting on him and I’m not thinking about the future.
“We’ll see what happens, but I’m not thinking about his departure. He’ll be on the pitch or on the bench tomorrow.”
The Chilean has travelled with the Blaugrana squad to Saudi Arabia.
