Michele Uva has resigned as UEFA Vice-President claiming he wants to consider ‘other professional opportunities.’
Uva had been appointed UEFA Vice President on September 2017 and has told Ansa that he won’t be covering the role anymore as he’s handed his resignations.
“I resigned as Vice President and member of the UEFA executive committee”, Uva said.

“I have anticipated [my decision] of four months to have the possibility to estimate all the professional opportunities and to continue a working path coherent with the matured experiences and with my expectations.
“I thank Ceferin, a true leader, and my colleagues in the executive committee for these wonderful four years we lived together".
