Udinese will be without forward Luis Muriel for at least two weeks, but there’s good news for Gianpiero Pinzi and Thomas Heurtaux.

Colombian international Muriel limped off during Sunday’s 1-0 Serie A victory over Fiorentina.

He has been diagnosed with a left thigh strain and medical staff noted they will only be able to evaluate his likely return date after further tests in 15 days.

There were also setbacks for two other players during that game, but there are hopes both Pinzi and Heurtaux can recover for the weekend.

Pinzi is suffering from a bruised right knee and Heurtaux a strained left thigh.
