These two sides meet in the first leg of the Champions League quarter-finals on Tuesday night.
Yesterday evening Monaco earned a crushing 3-0 victory away to Caen, moving them up into third place in Ligue 1.
However, captain Toulalan limped off clutching his thigh, while Anthony Martial scored the opener and Bernardo Silva bagged a brace after the break.
“We are very satisfied with this victory. It was important to get back to winning ways after two consecutive draws,” said Jardim.
“I don’t know if Toulalan’s injury is serious or not, we’ll evaluate it over the weekend. He is a very important player for us and our captain, but if he can’t make it against Juventus then it won’t be a problem.
“We’ll be able to substitute him. After all, he wasn’t playing against Arsenal in London and we still won that game 3-1.”
It was thanks to the away triumph that Monaco reached the quarter-final, as they lost the second leg 2-0 on home turf and only qualified on away goals.
Monaco played their Ligue 1 game on Friday night, whereas Juventus will visit Parma today at 17.00 UK time (16.00 GMT), giving the French side almost 24 hours more to rest.
