Torino President Urbano Cairo praised “experienced” defensive addition Nicolas N’Koulou after the move from Olympique Lyonnais.
The defender arrived on loan with option to buy for a reported €4m.
“He is an experienced centre-back, who has recently been linked with several prestigious international and Serie A clubs,” Cairo told La Gazzetta dello Sport.
“He is a great prospect, still young and yet with a lot of experience, who can certainly reinforce the squad.”
