It’s reported Indonesian investor Erick Thohir has given Massimo Moratti seven days to decide if he’ll sell Inter.
The billionaire has been in negotiations for a majority share in the club, offering €260m-€280m with a further €100m ploughed straight into the transfer kitty.
President Moratti has said he’s not willing to sell, but newspapers in Italy continue to maintain he is wavering.
It is now suggested Thohir has set an ultimatum demanding a decision within the next seven days or he’ll pull out of the proposal.
The Indonesian businessman is already putting together a team of advisors for the takeover bid.
Moratti could be tempted into the sale because Inter have €150m debts and the financial year ending June 30 is expected to show losses of €80m.
