“Italy are bound to be tired due to the great heat they have played in,” he is quoted as saying by Gazzetta dello Sport.
“And hopefully we can make the most of this.
“We want to take advantage of the spaces that they could leave us. When they have the ball we know that Italy are one of the best around.
“They are strong in the middle of the park, but I think they have defensive shortcomings.
“We have players who have been playing in Italy, and they have said that we can punish them.”
