Sky Sport Italia insist Tottenham are genuine contenders for centre-forward Milik, who has scored 13 goals in 25 competitive games this season.
They are all planning salary packages in the region of €5m per year for the 26-year-old.
Arsenal and even Manchester United have been mentioned, although Spurs would appear to be the most likely Premier League option for him.
