Former Inter Coach Gigi Simoni has been rushed to hospital and is said to be in critical condition after falling ill at his home.
According to news agencies in Italy, the 80-year-old tactician was at his home in San Piero a Grado, near Pisa, when family called an ambulance.
He was taken immediately to the Cisanello Hospital in Pisa and remains in critical condition in intensive care.
