Milan’s Stephan El Shaarawy will become a key player for club and country, says former Diavolo Andriy Shevchenko.
The 20-year-old forward has been a revelation in Serie A this season and he’s the League’s top scorer with 10 goals in 13 games.
“I didn’t know a lot about him until a few months ago,” the Ukrainian legend told the Gazzetta dello Sport.
“Now I have been struck by his talent. I saw his performance against Napoli and the goals that he scored. Great goals.
“He’s a really mobile player, he knows how to move on the pitch and he’s good at defending too,” Sheva added.
“He’s still very young, but if he continues like this then he will become a champion. He’ll be an important player for Milan and your national side.”
