After the stresses of that fixture on Tuesday night, Sarri makes four changes to his starting XI, giving Guendouzi and Isaksen their first starts.
Monza were the surprise outfit of last season, finishing mid-table in their debut Serie A campaign, but have stuttered this term with four points from as many games.
Luca Caldirola is suspended following his red card against Lecce, plus Danilo D’Ambrosio, Gianluca Caprari and Valentin Carboni injured.
The good news is the return of goalkeeper Michele Di Gregorio after a knock in training last week.
