Botafogo midfielder Clarence Seedorf has commented on the mixed fortunes of the two Milan clubs this season.
The Netherlands international, who played for both San Siro sides during his career, has claimed that the Rossoneri are much improved after the arrival of Mario Balotelli, whilst the Nerazzurri need to focus on next term.
“I believe that the arrival of Balotelli has been very important for Milan,” he told Sky Sport Italia.
“He has shown great enthusiasm. Mario is doing very well, but I think he can still improve.
“I believe Milan are ready to do well in Italy and in Europe.
“Inter meanwhile, let many big players leave, and the team is suffering because of this.
“I think this is a year of transition.”
