Valon Behrami is confident Napoli are still in the Scudetto race despite their recent struggles in Serie A.
The Azzurri are now third in the standings, six points behind Juventus after losing to the latter and Parma in their last two ties.
“It’s still early in the season,” the Swiss international told Radio Kiss Kiss Napoli on Friday afternoon.
“We shouldn’t think that we are already out of the running, we have a lot of games against our rivals to play at the Stadio San Paolo where we have an extra gear.
“We are not going through a good spell of results. We have lost our last three games and that is rare for a club like ours.
“But we want to return to winning ways.
“We are looking to be better in the things we have got wrong recently. We want to become a great side, we have the quality and we are working on it.”
Napoli are also struggling to reach the last 16 of the Champions League after the 3-1 defeat at Borussia Dortmund in midweek.
“We have to learn how to win the games that count,” he added.
“We have nine points, we could finish on 12 and still go out. We have to do our job and win against Arsenal, while Marseille could do us a favour against Borussia.”
