The Partenopei Coach has been a huge success since arriving from Empoli last summer, launching a Scudetto bid in his first season.
Gazzetta dello Sport reports that Andrea Chiavelli, who is responsible for drawing up contracts at the club, will be at Castelvolturno today to discuss a new deal for Sarri.
The club are believed to want to extend his current agreement, which allows the Vesuviani to unilaterally prolong Sarri’s contract year by year up until 2020.
The Azzurri have until 30 April to exercise the option to extend this season, as otherwise Sarri’s deal will be up in June.
Milan have been linked with a move for the tactician this summer, but Napoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis is reportedly keen to secure him and ensure his future is at the San Paolo.
