The Tuscans again impressed for much of the game, but did not turn that into goals or results, scoring only with a debatable Riccardo Saponara penalty.
“We were a little less sharp than in other games. We were also a little unlucky, as in the second half we had the feeling we were going to score and then conceded basically from a mistaken cross,” the Coach said in a Press conference.
“We have to begin again with the same belief and calm as always. Saponara went off because of cramp and had a very good game, as Udinese left spaces between the lines. He resumed where he had left off with us.
“Tonelli received a knock and was struggling to walk. We’ll evaluate tomorrow whether it is serious or just a bruise, but losing him in the game was also a heavy blow.”
